Vodacom online sales incompetent and frustrating!

I ordered my upgrade - iPhone 5s - via online sales on Thur 12/12/13. I chose the color, gold, at the time. The next day I decided I liked the space grey colour better. I phoned the call centre to see if I could change my order and i was told that she would call me back. I didn't get a call back but on tues 17/12/13 my phone was delivered in the gold. I called the call centre and was told to send it back with the courier. I was to get a reference number so that the original order could be cancelled and a new order made. There was a delay getting this number but when i called the call centre back they said I didn't know what I was talking about and that the reference number could not be used on the system. The last two people I spoke to said they would contact admin to have this order reversed and this would take 3-4 working days to process. Today I went into a vodashop to see if it had been processed but they told me the reversal has not even been logged on the system yet. It's been 12 days and I have made 34 calls to try and get this phone and I am still waiting for vodacom to help me from their side. Thanks for ruining Christmas for me, vodacom!
