How things fall apart - the worst service provide

In December 2012 I opened an additional 3G data service that was on special (Vodacom night owl). However, the service consultant (Karabo Sibisi) sold me the wrong contract. As a result, I requested her to change it to the correct one. Her attempts to change it were clearly not successful, when I discovered in January 2013 that I only had half of the data due to me. In my frustration, I approached Karabo again to resolve this matter urgently as it was an inconvenience. Over the next 2 months I continued going to Nashua Mobile Sandton City trying to resolve this matter. Karabo's pathetic service, and Nashua Mobile's incompetence infuriated me and frustrated me each time I visited the store. Eventually, in March 2013, I had had enough, and demanded that they cancel the contract, as they could not switch my contract to the correct one. Little did I know that I had begun a new dance, which lasted for a further 5 months. Nashua Mobile has refused to cancel my contract (which was sold to me incorrectly), and yet they have continued to debit my account even though I have not even used this service since March 2013. I have had it! I'm cancelling every service I have with them!
