I took out a contract with Nashua Mobile on the 16/2/2013 with service provider Cell C. Since inception of the contract, the data signal that has been avail was 90% edge "E", very seldom do I manage to get a 3G signal, and when this does happen, its momentelarly. I've been reporting this issue to Nashua Mobile for nearly 3 months, to no avail. One cannot complain about the service from Nashua Mobile, just because there is zero service from them. One has to continually follow up, even escalating to the CEO, does not help, sad. I once before used Nashua Mobile as my service provider, only because got a corporate discount, which I ended having to terminate due to shocking service. You would think once bitten twice shy?! Once this contract is ended, Nashua Mobile will never see me again, no matter what discounts they offer, its just not worth the dismal service they offer.

Shame on Nashua Mobile and Cell C for providing such a shocking client experience and for cell C for not being able to provide a stable 3G data service and then havingb the ordacity to charge for services not rendered.
