Continuation of service after cancelation

My wife and I both had accounts for our two sons at Nashua Mobile. I had a contract for the one son and she the other. It was both Top Up accounts. After the mandatory 24 month period, we decided not to continue at Nashua Mobile for them. So during January 2013, we asked Nashua Mobile in Louis Trichardt not to continue with both contracts that will expire in February of 2013. We were told that the contracts will seize on the correct time. My wife then went on course away from home for three months. During February I went to Nashua Mobile again to confirm if the contracts will stop. Once again I was told not to worry.
There was the normal data allocated to the children and then the normal debit order followed on the 15th of February. I went to Nashua Mobile, informed them that a debit order went through, they once again assured me that it has been stopped, that we would be refunded. March, same story, April, same story, May, same story.
It's now June 2013 and the children got data again, the debit order followed.
Please assist me in the cancellation of this annoying contract as I am out of options.
