Telkom installed my line on the 15-06-13, Since that day i have not received a statement so i don't have any account numbers ..I have called telkom to email me the statement but till date have not received anything.

All i have is a telkom landline number, and now my account has been suspended... unfortunately my job does not allow me to go to a telkom store to get my account number so i was relying on telkom to send me the letters to pay my account online...

How do they expect me to pay my bill if i have no telkom account number!!!
