Incorrect billing 2 months in a row

I opened up a Cell C contract through Nashua Mobile in May 2013, and since joining have been incorrectly billed each month for my usage. Even though the contract was initiated in May, Nashua Mobile only activated the data component of my contract on the 19 June. As such, I have had to pay out of pocket for data usage (2 months in a row??) and had them soft-lock my phone for 5 days because of this!

I have sent numerous emails to Beryl Janse Van Rensburg over the last 2 months, and do not receive any response to my emails. I called your call centre several times and they acknowledge the errors and keep promising to credit my account or transfer the excess monies back into my account, but this is never done. At this rate, I cannot afford to keep this contract if Nashua Mobile continues to erronously bill my account. I just want my money back and for Nashua Mobile to get their act together.
