I have tried several times to get help regarding my hunting facility on the numbers 011 823-6169 and 011 823-6488, and to date I still have not been assisted even though I have continued religiously paying on this account. As per your email below I have contacted the fault department who continue saying that they do not handle business faults/OptiCon lines/ and OptiCon PBX. They have also said that this line appears suspended on their side and even if they want to assist me they will not be able to. I then spoke to the billing person and the gentleman said my line was not suspended and referred me back to the fault department. To make my long story short, no one between all of you guys have a clue how this problem ought to be solved, even the installations department I was transferred to could not help me.
