After the issue with web africa that I last posted, I was contacted twice by Jeanine from Web Africa Billing. Unfortunately my phone was troubling and I could not speak to her. I phoned them on Wed 27th Feb and was assisted by a most helpful gentleman called Mkululi Jonas, who went out of his way to assist me. He immediately restored my service and follwowed up to check all was well. He was absolutely courteous and very efficient. He is a credit to your company. Thank you Mkululi. All that remains to resolve this matter fully is, I need to get a credit for the cancelled domain R94.92 which was debited off my account on 02/01 and R60 for the unpaid item when the bank refused to honour the incorrect debit made by web africa, as well as an incidental credit fee charged by the bank because the debit made by web africa put my account into ovredraft. As I have maintained previously, WEB aAfrica needs to refund these costs as I had cancelled the service immdiately (with 7 days according to CPA) Please refund these amounts to me so that we can put the matter behind us. Please rather email me with any correspondence, as my phone is not working properly
