Still being billed 7 months after cancelation

On 5 March I cancelled my cell contract with Vodacom and paid the early cancellation fee, however since then they have still been debiting my account.

I have spoken to Vodacom cancellations department who have advised me that they can not assist, as the query has been closed on their side. I was thus instructed to contact the cancellations administration department by email as they have no direct lines (how does a mobile phone company not have direct lines?) for them intervene and finally cancel this account, as well as reimburse me for the funds incorrectly debited from my account.
My first email was sent on 08/10, with a follow up mail sent on 16/10 due to no reply. To date Vodacom have still not done me the courtesy of even replying to my emails, never mind rectifying this error and refunding the money incorrectly debited from me.
