My contract only expires 06 APR 2014 as its a 36 month contract. On 23 JAN 2013 I requested a "Premature Cancellation Quotation" - received. On 1 March 2013 I checked my bank account and immediately saw this major deduction from Vodacom. I have phoned the Cancellations department this morning, they advised that the deduction was done as per their Department, the deduction was done WITHOUT MY PERMISSION OR AUTHORIZATION!!! I have not even signed and returned the quotation received and the contract is still active with Vodacom. I have asked the consultant who was assisting that the refund must be done, she agreed that it will be done only 3-7 working days!
This is unbelievable, this is my money I have two children to see to and I need the money refunded to me immediately, this was not my mistake!
