INCONSISTENT COMMUNICATION AND USELESS AGENTS

If you want to be a part of a circus, then become a vodacom subscriber. Today vodacom debited my cheque account for R1039.28 . I then called vodacom customer service and spoke to an agent who advised me that the accounts that i had with vodacom were now on prepaid of which i already knew as i cancelled the contracts due to vodacoms lack of service delivery in the first place. I was told to speak to accounts and there again spoke to Ashwin who i had to reiterate my story for the third time to. I cancelled this contract the last date was the 17 June 2013 for the past ten months my bill was always in the range of R351. on the twelfth month the bill was R428. due to the pro-rata . i was also advised by vodacom Cresta that that will be my final bill and that i had data to the value of 350MG only. I practically stopped using this contract due to the mis-communication received from the staff at Cresta and customer service. It was such a challenge cancelling this contract to begin with. Today I wasted my time and energy trying to resolve this query with incompetent staff and feel that the CEO of vodacom should look at all my calls and communication, your service is appalling & STINKS
