Illegal operation

Good day

This is the second time that this is happening to me. Last Year about the same time numerous debit orders were loaded against my account without my permission. It took days to have it resolved and to stop it from happening. Talking about standing in queues at the bank, wasting my time for someone else's incompetence to say the least. Yesterday and today 6 debit orders were loaded against my account totalling to R1596.
How can we stop this Dial 24 and Smartflight from people's money. I dont know who these people are and what they really do. Who in this country can put a STOP to this for once and for all.
