Contract cancelled, A month later Still Billed

Hi there,
On the 5th of June I had 2 contracts moved to Prepaid accounts (after the expiration of the contracts, this was a very tedious process, but eventually it got resolved.).
I then received sms's stating that if I did not recharge within 24 hours, the numbers would become invalid. So I did that. My assumption was that the accounts were now closed.
To my surprise Vodacom has debited my account of the the contract fees this month once again!!!
How can this be? Every day I get more and more fed up with Vodacom as a service provider. I urge you to resolve this matter.
