TWO DEFAULTS FOR ONE ACCOUNT SERIOUSLY

I am so furious at vodacom, two years ago I contacted vodacom regarding a contract that I wanted to cancel, the consultant was obviously not doing their job and never cancelled the contract. A month later I get a "love letter" from vodacom regarding the account and they told me they cant help it, it is an error on their side which will be resolved. I sent through all communication to them to prove I cancelled the contract so why must I be held responsible for that payment if they never did their job. I received calls from the attorneys explained the situation to them and resent the documents them they advised it will be resolved. I did an ITC check in the week only to discover I HAVE TWO FREAKING DEFAULTS on my name for the same account. I called the attorney who nr appears next to the default they advised the account is no longer it is back at vodacom they cant help me... I have been trying to resolve this issue with vodacom and the attorneys for two years NO LUCK ONLY TO HEAR THAT THERE IS TWO DEFAULTS ON MY NAME..I AM TIRED OF FIGHTING WITH VODACOM NO OPTION BUT TO APPOINT AN ATTORNEY AND GET THIS SORTED ASAP AND THEN PUTTING IT IN THE NEWSPAPER SO THAT EVERYONE KNOWS ABOUT THEM
