3 hours talking to Telkom - still no result

I called Telkom to cancel my account 1 month in advance as requested... Only to be cancelled end August. The next day they cancelled my WIFI by mistake and now I have no access. Not only that but after 3 hours with call centre each department blaming one another for the mistake and no one fixing it. I have always been a good customer and this service is not only frustrating but unprofessional and unacceptable. I cannot believe that this Telkoms mistakes must cost me more time and money to resolve.
