For such a large service provider they are pathetic.my wife asked to have her adsl line uncapped prescription cancelled because we moved to mweb (because telkoms and cant deliver what you paying for).she spoke to a tshipo and a delma and was told it takes 5 days.that was nearly two weeks ago.today somebody called from telkom to ask if we still want it cancelled.and said it takes THIRTY days to cancel. PATHETICALLY disgusting, is this a tactic to get people to pay another month? it didnt take more than two days to have it running, so why 30 days to cancel? when i told the consultant to call my wife as she is the account holder it was said they will call her.that was TWO hours ago, my wife got no call.they can get stuffed if they think we will pay another months fees when we requested cancellation of our isp
