I have been on the phone for around 3 hours in 2 days trying to get through to Telkom to relocate my telphone and adsl line as I will be moving. When I finally got through to them they told me my line was cancelled around the 28 of December 2013. Firstly I never phoned in to cancel it. When I asked the consultant to investigate this and call me back, he put me back in the queue I have been for hours. So now I' am paying for a cancelled service which I did not cancel, (however I did suspend it for a month just for in case I need it) now I cant use it at all.
I' am moving this weekend and I want it relocated. so 2 things - 1. I want to know why its cancelled and who cancelled it, as well as why I' am paying if someone messed up on Telkoms side. 2. I want that line moved to my new address A.S.A.P.

the service is ridiculous and slow.
the call centre just keeps sending you to a new person over and over and over.

please sort this out A.S.A.P
