We called Telkom Business on behalf of our client to cancel their All Access 20GB connection but specifically asked them to keep the mailboxes for our client as they rely on this for their business. This was made VERY clear to their consultants. Ref No. 83063775A. Telkom then went and deleted the mailboxes anyway. This caused our clients communication to come to a halt. When asked to reverse this, Telkom said that they couldn't and that the mailboxes would have to be recreated by filling in and faxing paperwork with a processing time of 48hrs. It took Telkom a moment to delete our client's mailboxes but to get them back it is getting lost in paperwork while our client's business suffers. Surely these are backed up daily and can be quickly restored? We are not getting sufficient help from Telkom at all.
