Cancelled 8ta Account for no reason

I discovered two weeks ago that my 8ta internet 3G had stopped working. After contacting the call centre, I was informed that my 24 month 8ta contract for which im supposed to receive 10gigs a month had been cancelled without informing me. The call centre operator asked me to go to my nearest branch to query it.

At the branch, i was told that Mpho who initially opened the account for me was away on leave. Another consultant assisted but he could not find on his system the reason why my account had been cancelled. He said that they were being audited and there could have been a mistake. He contacted the accounts department but they could not see anything on the system. He asked me to get 3 months bank statement. which I submitted. He and his manager EJ promised the problem will be reolved in 72 hours and they would contact me. I went to Telkom 3 times since and two weeks later the problem has not been resolved and they have not contacted me. I have a standing debit that goes off my account, yet Im not receiving services paid for. There was another irate customer also complaining about his 8ta account being messed up while I was there. Pls Telkom reinstall my 8ta 10 gigs a month
