Mtn deducted an amount of R582 instead of R289!

ACITIVITY ON MY BANK ACCOUNT

I have a contract that is coming to an end in September 2013. My contract amount for the Blackberry 9780 is a monthly fee of -R289. This amount was always deducted correctly and suddenly today the 1st August 2013 an amount of R582 was deducted from my banking account. I contacted your customer service department who advised that you have deducted this amount on behalf of an sms company, that I have never dealt with or even heard of. Then I realised that you were referring to a subscription on the cell ph number 0833526469 and not the contract.

I have signed a contract whereby you are only supposed to deduct the amount of R289 and no more. You have no right to take instructions from any outside company to access my banking account and deduct anything extra. If you do not refund my money immediately, I will be forced to go to the Ombudsman and report this activity.

I expect you to see to this immediately as I am now short of cash and am unable to pay my other debtors.

PLEASE CANCEL MY CONTRACT AS I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOU AGAIN.
