My 24 month contract with 8ta expired mid September 2013. I cancelled the contract in writing at the N1 City 8ta branch beginning of October 2013. At the end of October the debit order was again taken off. That is when the nightmare started. The paperwork got lost, e-mails were never answered and after numerous phone calls to the call centre, e-mails, etc over a period of two months with no joy and me being debited every month, I eventually spoke to Thulani Nyoni in the call centre. WHAT A JOY!!! Within a few weeks he had my contract cancelled and I even received my money back for the months wrongly debited. I hope his employer knows what an asset he is in the call centre and that Thulani is the one who restored my faith in Telkom. Thank you Thulani for your EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!
