Efuse to remove stopp order contract expired

I took out a contract Telkom Mix, it included-blackberry and wireless homeline. contract expired in September 2013. i went to branch to cancel the stop order and change the cell number into prepaid and if i can keep the airtime which was about R2100, was told to call 10210, after waiting on the line for 1hour20minutes, the consultant said the contract was cancelled, stop order removed and i should ask the branch about converting the number to prepaid. The branch sent me back to call centre. The stop order was not removed, telkom refused to transfer my airtime, which is over R2100, I want the R399 to be refunded and was told I will not be refunded, because the customer should call and cancel the contract, . i want to know who i should call to get help, neither the walk in centres nor call centre is taking responsibility.
