The second debit order gone off

This is the second month that mtn has debited money off my account reflecting the incorrect amount the first month this happened i let it slide, now this month i got debited R499 which is incorrect i have a contract with mtn that clearly states that i will be debited R350 every month end. Currently i am on hold witing for a call centre agent to assist me this is the fourth time that i've called and waited for 28 minutes and still going strong. So i would like to know will i get assisted today? Or is the call centre closed down? Debit orders gone wild plus no customer service delivered? Just the other day i was called in connection with my contract not once was it mentioned that my contact is expired the last i recalled it expires on the 15 Jan so where does these extra charges come from?
