Contract expired in April but still debited

I had a contract with vodacom which I signed for 24 months, I was told to call on the 23rd month to notify if I want to continue with it or not (which I think this is ridiculous as i sign for 24 months and it inconvinience me to make that call) I did call anyway on the 21 March to notify that I'm cancelling the contract. April 20th was suppose to be last debit but May debited I called again which I was online for more than 30minutes and promised to be called back with feedback nothing as they claimed they cannot reverse debit order as airtimes was already sent, how can you send airtime when I have told you to end contract??? whos faulty is it??? I'm the customer after all and I have given clear instructions. I have been calling for the last 3 months no joy even sent complain to customer service I was promised to be called back and left all contact numbers until today no one has called me. for the month of august there was additional R100 on my debit for the debit order i reversed last month - This pathetic I dont think vodacom know what is customer service

I'm so irritated from this
