Personal debited on incorrect date

Since September 2013 Old Mutual Finance has been debiting my account on an incorrect date, the date agreed upon is the 20th however I am always debited a few days earlier which results in the debit orders being unpaid and the bank charging me R138 for each debit order that comes back. I have called the call centre every month since to have this rectified and for them to pay back the charges and have them correct the date but this has fallen on deaf ears. This month I was debited on the 17th after speaking to someone the same day that the debit order needs to go off the 20th. Im tired of making calls sending emails and in the end I end up not getting the charges paid back. Unless I am refunded my charges for last month and this month Old Mutual will not be getting their funds which Im meant to transfer since they debited me on an incorrect yet again. This is not service and I'm tired of calling around as it seems to be a waste of time. I need this resolved Urgently
