Second month in a row incorrect debits

After having been incorrectly debited by Elite Mobile last month, I'm having the same problem. After last month's incorrect debit orders were returned, I manually paid the R150 upgrade fee, and on advisement from the call centre used my ID number as a reference, sending a proof of payment email as well. I keep only enough money in my account each month to cover the debit orders I know will be going off, and Elite Mobile has debited the R150 upgrade fee from me AGAIN, causing it to bounce back and cost me a bank fee. Again. This error has cost me R98 in fees from my bank. I am so enormously frustrated that for the second month in a row, Elite Mobile's mistake has cost me money and time. I paying for a service but have to battle each month to counteract bad charges.
