Contract expired but account is still debited

I would like to log a complaint about MTN service Provider, I had a contract with MTN which expired in April this year, I called MTN before the contract ended and alerted them that i will not continue with the contract and i was assured by Adelley, the consultant who attended to me, that this is in order, but every month since then my account get's debited and whenever i call I cant get through because their answering machine never gives me an option to speak to a consultant as i am now on prepaid i'm struggling with bank charges as i have to reverse the debit every time they debit and this means that i have to loose seventy rands for the reversal made, can i please be assisted as this is frustrating especially because i can't even speak to them for more clarity on the matter.
