R159pm contract but receiving a R1982 bill!!!

I was told clearly by your sales consultants when signing this renewal that the contract had a limit of up to R700. Why the then do I receive a debit for R1982 this morning. MTN's incompetence never ceases to amaze me. Please contact me RIGHT NOW to terminate this line!
