Naedo Debits are illeagal They your money!!

I am very very upset wit Altech Autopage Cellular!!! On the 29th of July i received an email with a final notice that i should pay before or on the 30th of July. So the afternoon on the 29th of July i paid R1377.53 R115 for my other account. The account of R1377.53 is on my friends name (TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP IS IN PROCESS IF AUTOPAGE IS DOING THEIR WORK PROPELY) but i pay this account cash monthly. Today I see on my internet banking that Autopage Has debited my account twice of R500 and R584.53 WHICH IS A TOTAL OF R1084.53 i WANT THIS MONEY BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT BY THE END OF THIS DAY!!! This is unacceptable and Autopage do not treat their clients right you send a final notice a day before and then you debit my account. Then when i call i get pushed from pillar to post and Evan from customer service is very proffesional and friendly he transferred me to accounts where i spoke to Donald but donald did not help much he dropped the phone in my ear!! Then i get the contract holder to call in and query seen that NOBODY can help me then he is told that there is no debit order on the account. Autopage open your eyes!!!
