FED UP FOR VODACOM!!!

Lets start by saying I have a contract for R650 and a limit of R 50 if my maths are correct that gives me a total of R700. Well someone at Vodacom clearly can't do maths! Last year September they deducted R722 which I did not complain about. At the beginning of October 2013 they deducted R1279!! When I enquired about it I only got the final response in January 2014 which they only replied that their bill is correct and I am incorrect. But in the first place I know I was not over my limit because I still had over 1GB of data left from the previous month! When I enquired about the smss that I dit not receive to tell my I have run out of my bundle, used 25% of my bundle, used 50% of my bundle, 75% of my bundle, reached my limit and when my device is being soft locked.. I did not receive any smss those two months but all the other months I did receive it if I went over the limit. All Vodacom had to say was that the smss were not guaranteed!! Well I cant see why I have to pay for their mistakes! I am still a student and can't afford to pay more than my R700 each month that's why I placed a limit! Each time I must borrow money to pay the difference! Really getting tired of it!!
