Limit of no use and bad attitude of consultants

I had the unfortunate problem of going into the Loch Logan branch to change my payment dates in the beginning of November, which I only now realized was not done, due to the fact that I have been sent a request to pay or my account will be suspended. Problem is now solved, but the bigger issue was that from a smart light package and a limit of R400 on the account, my bill started running between R1200-R1300 per month, according to them the limit is just there for calls and not actually accurate for data and that it takes them time to receive notice of the limit being reached. While explaining this to a consultant and asking how it is possible for a limit to be reached and surpassed by almost R400 the last 2 months the line suddenly got "disconnected" and have since not herd back from them. Did not get the consultants name due to mumbling but it should show on my account as she changed my limit to R1 now, so that I can go and take out another contract from another supplier and still pay less for both than what I am currently paying for this contract. When the contract expires, Nashua will never see me again. Regards
