3yrs with MTN, Consultants give horrendous service. Ask for a Supervisor You hold for 40mins with no indication. Oct my Bill was R3300 spoke to 3 Agents to get a bill limit and decrease my credit limit as advised, my bill was then R2400? Next bill I spoke to a supervisor she said the bill limit is not in existence for 3yrs and the credit limit isn't an effective option asked for the D/O option to be revoked, next month a D/O for R4500. Following Month D/O again R7200 not revoked. Called again to make a 3month payment arrangement so there would be no D/O and paid R4000 asked for services to remain off. 2nd of Jan D/O for R2400 despite confirmation of being on cash. On 7th of Jan incoming call function off, despite my payment. Reasons are my credit limit doesn't allow my line to be switched on. But I decreased the limit to avoid a high bill but now my line couldn't be switched on because of my credit limit. So it works when it's against me? How is the bill limit not in existence? Waiting for credit department to contact me as I can't contact them. My arrangement has been removed how? What's Perplexing is my lines were active when my bill were rising now??
