Good Day. My name is Michelle Marthinus and i entered into a contract with Mtn last year for broadband 2 Gigabyte @R149. I got an account for over R700 in January 2013. I contacted their customer support as i could not understand how I got a billing of over R700. According to my contract i am suppose to get an sms when i exceed my limit. When i questioned them on that their answer was that i have an open package and they did not send me an sms. The reason is that my limit is calculated based on my credit record. My argument is that i have a contract with mtn and in terms of that contract my limit is 2 Gigabytes. How can a contract be concluded if i as customer have no idea what my credit limit is and how much i will be billed. Mtn has not given me answe
