Pathetic... what a waste!

I've been unfortunate enough to have (more than) a month long conversation with MTN (via email)... which was futile really as absolutely nothing has been done. MTN is utterly pathetic and I have come to a point where I despise your entire service! I was told I'd be reverted back to debit order option and my account will be debited by the end of each month... starting this month. Ninette even called me to confirm everything when I spoke to her on the 1st of this month. And then this morning my service is suspended, with more than enough available funds in my bank account. Besides my service being suspended, my additional line is supposed to be cancelled. So if I get billed for it again, I will have no choice but to sue MTN. The contract ended on 05/06/2013 already & cancellation was requested days thereafter. I'm aware that I'm still liable for/billed this month... however, next month I will not allow you to take any more from me than you already have. Below is a list of people who has responded to my countless, detailed emails over the past few WEEKS - Ref #6701943.
