SUSPENDS MY LINE FOR NO REASON EVERY MONTH

HI I WOULD LIKE TO BRING TO ATTENTION OF HOW UNHAPPY AND DIS satisfied I AM ABOUT ALTECH AUTOPAGE CELLULAR BECAUSE I HAVE GIVEN THEM MY BANKING DETAILS A FEW MONTHS BACK AND EVERY MONTH THE PAYMENT DOES NOT GO THROUGH ON ITS OWN I LEAVE ENOUGH FUNDS IN MY ACCOUNT I CALLED IN EARLIER THIS MONTH SPOKE TO AN AGENT IN THE CALL CENTRE JUST TO MAKE SURE THAT MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN DEBITED AND TO MAKE SURE MY LINE WILL NOT BE SUSPENDED AGAIN THIS MONTH SHE INSISTED THAT EVERYTHING IS FINE THE DEBIT ORDER WENT THROUGH AND THAT MY LINE WILL NOT BE SUSPENDED THIS MONTH AND NOW MY LINE HAS BEEN SUSPENDED AGAIN. EVERY MONTH THEY ARE CHARGING ME RECONNECTION FEES WHEN IT IS NOT MY FAULT THAT THEY ARE NOT DOING THE DEBIT ORDER ON TIME AND THE FACT IS THAT THEY HAVE THE CORRECT BANKING DETAILS OF MINE ON THE SYSTEM. I LOST ALL HOPE IN SPEAKING TO THE CALL CENTRE AGENTS I NEED TO SPEAK WITH HIGHER AUTHORITIES NOW
