MTN they dont know what customer service is

My husband bought 2 phone at MTN 2 weeks ago & was told to come collect them.we went on saterday the 27 july to collect & we where turned away.they told us that the phones where not activated & they where off line.we lrft & monday the 29 we called MTN to ask if the phones where ready & they told us that we were not even supposed to be turned away on saterday as we will be using our sim card.we then arranged a driver to go pick our phones on monday & the driver was turned away again by Raeesal who told him that they dont know anything about our phones.we tried calling Nhlanhla with no luck.our driver came back.today i called Nhlanhla again asking her whats happening as we need our phones & she then told me to send the driver again.i ask her if shes gona pay our driver cos hes charging us for their incompetence & Nhlanhla told me that she doesnt have money.is this how we treated as valued customers at MTN while wi do our part & you keep chasing us away.can someone do something as i will never spend money to go fetch my phones while they keep turning us away for their silly mistakes.i demand a great service from MTN cos they are gonna be expecting me to pay them on time.
