Last year around October or earlier, I called Cell C and requested that my three contracts must be combined into one bill and will pay one invoice every last day of the month. Well according to Cell C this was done. It is comfirmed also on the system, says one cosultant. However every 15th of the month, since November, I have been recieving the bill, wheareas I requested nicely that they should bill me end of every month. This month I called Cell C and and highligted my dissatisfaction with their pathetic service and assured me it will be sorted. Weeks ago I changed banking details trying to make things easier for them, well nothing happened. She tried to explain how not possible to set my debit order for the 31st of every month. The system has only 30th and she cant help me with that. Well I requested that Cell C to cancel debiting my account since they dont have a suitable date for me to debit. Guess what? My account was debited on the 15th. I find myself now with suspended account. Cell C is pathetic and can't wait to end my contracts with them. I have been patient all these years with Cell C, but enough is enough. I rather go and have a pathetic service elsewhere.
