MTN is the worst service provider i have ever used i bought a 2G modem R129.00 for 24months i bought it in Aug 2012.My Account has been debited every month my account is not in arrears suddenly in June'13 an amount of R734.54 June'13 was debited, i have laid a several complaints on your website i also requested a detailed statement by several emails my Ref 6750436 i received a statement that does not show an opening balance. The end of July 2013 i have not used the modem for the whole month MTN is debiting my account with R600.31 again i complained on MTN website and requested a detailed statement i received an email from Ninette Snyman saying i must monitor my usage via 808 option i mean what usage i have never downloaded even a single movie i only read emails MTN also states if i request a itemized billing an amount of R21.50 extra chargeable also that i must text my query to them by SMS to 44303 till today nothing has been done from their side i have even tried call centre the service is worst you must see them when MTN advertise on TV you will think their service is good they are only good for debiting accounts but when it comes customer service MTN is beyond the word bad
