Since December last year I have had endless problems with my cell phone service and sms bundle billing. I have called 808 many times, send mails, called head office, logged online queries, even got reference numbers but till today 7 months later my problems have not been solved. I pay for a sms 200 bundle but because MTN had a glitch on their system I am being billed ridiculous amounts for sms's. No matter what I do they just do not fix the problem and I get billed in excess of R800 per month. I cancelled the debit order to force them to act, then I got sms's saying my service will be cut. My call waiting does not work. When people call my phone 9 out of 10 times it goes directly to voicemail. Then I get notified 3 days later that I have a voice mail. The following references obtained for my unresolved queries. Ref: MTN REQ 2341276, 2341248, 6864552, 6864562. All these have been give over weeks and till today not a phone call and no resolution.!!! I give-up!! I want a refund of all sms charges over the past 7 months and I want proof of it send to me and not to be offset against my accounts.
