4 months and 12 phone calls later. NOTHING!

Last year November I noticed I was being billed under phone calls for over 600 calls to "Internet ". This happens with every account I receive. Another problem is that I can't call any numbers, from within South Africa, outside South Africa. Both of these problems have been reported to cell c call centre over and over during the last 4 months and each time I am told its been escalated. I was called once regarding the calls but the problem was not resolved. I find it interesting that one month my debit order didn't go through my connection was switched off a day later and yet if the customer is over billed, there's no rush right?
I regret being lured to cell c by cheap tariffs. The signal is terrible and the service is useless.
