Hi

I have 2 problems with Cell C currently:

1.) I cancelled a data contract on the 04 February 2013 which was not followed through by the staff apparently. A month later I cancelled it again to make sure. However, Cell C still billed me until and including April 2013. The Cell C staff paid me for February out of his own pocket as it was believed to be his fault the cancellation was not done initially. Cell C then still billed me for March and April. After many phone calls and going directly to the shop, Cell C returned some of my money (on 02 July 2013) that they owe me. Now what happened to the rest of it?
2.) I have a 20gig data contract from Cell C (giga plan) allowing me to use 5 gig during peak times and 15 gig from 12am to 6am. The problem is that my bill for May/June is 4 times the expected amount. The itemised billing record shows that Cell C is charging me for data that I still have. If my data bundle was truly used up then I expect to see charges continuously from a certain date. However, it seems Cell C just charges me randomly whenever they feel like it. I've raised this issue with the store but no progress...

This is truly disgusting service!!!
