Bad attitude and unwillingness to help

I had my cell c data sim by my helper while she was working for me. I did not even realize that she takes the sim card out and make calls when I am at work. When I called in at cell c I was advised to bring an affidavit and they can see and try ti help me. I bought it in and I did not get any response from them. When I called in I was then advised that my account is sent to legal without me being notified. Firsly my account with cell c is R45.00 a month I don't understand why they would let the account run with more than 1000% of the initial account without notifying me. Secondly when I call in I am advised that it is my own negligence because the laptop should have been staying in a safe and to me that is a suprise and a clear indication of staff members who have no empathy for customers who cannot use their brains to think who in their right mind keeps a laptop in a safe and how is an employee negligent when a staff member steals from them. I would like to get to the bottom of this and would like someone who actually has some brains and logic from cell c to call me be proffesional about this unlike the lady whom I dealt with who was so rude and insensitive on the line
