Cell C phoned me and offered a internet bundle, 500Mb for R49 per month and I will receive a modem stick. More than a week later, a courier service brought my package from Cell C. It was not a modem stick, but a complete laptop. I immediately phoned Cell C and asked them to check for me on my contract what was booked for me and informed them that a laptop was NOT what I agreed to. Cell C said that they did send me a laptop and amount was R199 per month, I told them that I did not agree to it and that I am not going to pay R200 cause I did not budget for such an amount, then the call centre operator promised that they would pick the laptop up via courier the next day. This was the 30th of Feb. The laptop was not picked up and I called them again on the 5th of Feb complaining and again got a promise that they will pick it up the next day. On the 11th Feb I AGAIN phoned them had to wait for over 40min and AGAIN got the same promise. Today is the 14th I am still waiting for Cell C to pick up the laptop and in the meantime almost R300 was subtracted from my account for the laptop. I will never renew any of my 3 existing contracts with them again.!!!
