Paid bill disconnected

I am very upset with cell c, who disconnected my business number 084... They told me they sent me sms's to my Data package number 074. If they could just use their brains, they would know that you can't send a SMS to a data number. I have a cell number 084..., why not just call or sms me on there. To make matters worse, the 084 number that was disconnected was paid in full (R880) at the end of last month as usual. This was confirmed with customer care. They disconnect the 084 because the 074 debit order of R99 bounced. Does this make any sense??? I've been with Cell C for more than 6 years and never skipped one payment and still they disconnect my line for a R99 data package of a different number and contract. If I didn't pay my cell 084 number then it would be acceptable but to disconnect a number they received money for..Really Cell C? Pathetic! I want both services to be cancelled with immediate effect. I will go to a service provider that can use their brains not to cancel a line they receive money for. Don't tell me I can't cancel as I still have a view months left. I know my rights and don't want any stories. I just lost business because I couldn't call out thanks to u!
