To Whom it may concern
Please inform me how to go about cancelling my 3G contract. According to the consumer act I only need to send a written request and reason in order to cancel a contact and after 2 weeks the contract should be cancelled. I have requested an itemized bill from Vodacom for February 2013 and March 2013 as I received two very high data bills. I could understand one, but two in a row is not possible. I have a contract with 500mb free, however it seems this does not happen anymore.
I have never used more than the 500mb per month, but in March (for Feb) I received the below?

And in April (for March) I received the following.

When I phoned and asked the lady how much data this is she said it could be 5Gb??? I have never used 5Gb worth of data???
She then informed me to send a FAX to 0860 082 082 requesting the itemized bill for those months (at a charge I might add) I then did send the fax with a copy of my ID on the 3rd of May! Till this date I have not received anything for those months?
I did receive an itemized bill for the current
