Vodacom steals from customers

We've had a 2gig data deal with Vodacom for the last 3 years. During this time we never used over 2gigs and seldom more than 1. Yet for the last 2 months we received astronomical bills claiming we went way over 2gigs. After numerous phone calls and plenty of begging we received an itemized bill that meant nothing to us because it lacked detail. Last time I spoke to a manager because the call centre agent was so rude. He said someone would contact me and go over the bill but no one ever did. Additionally, when I checked my month's usage this weekend I saw I not only had 1.8gigs left but 1.8gigs from last month. Yet Voda charged us over R1000 extra because they claim we went over. There is something seriously wrong here yet no one will listen. All we use the internet for is to read emails or quick searchers never FB, YouTube or downloads. All they want is our money for a service never provided. I do not have over a grand for Vodacom to from me every month. I am canceling two of my contracts with them and will continue to do so because they are and liars. I am also in the process of reporting them to Consumer Watch. Cell C's advice to change could not be more true
