3 Months to sort out a Faulty Phone

I Sent my Blackberry Phone in for repairs in March 2013, and waited for about a month, they asked me to come and fetch a replacement phone, which i returned within a day, as it was also faulty, had another wait, and the same issue with yet another replacement phone, I have had 3 of these so called refurbished units, and have returned all back to the Supplier, which is costing me time and money, running to and fro. Calling the Helpdesk and the Head office, makes no difference as they do not even bother to return calls, I have spoken to the Manager of the call centre (Itumenleng), and was actually quite shocked with his attitude, he is very rude..and his excuse is that he did not receive any feedback from me... I have records of all mail sent to him, and have also called his offices and left messages for him... he has not even bothered to return any of my calls... I even forwarded all correspondence to one of his supervisors (Serah Naidu), and she got all the mails, bet sent me a message saying that Itumeleng will be dealing with the issue... When i last spoke to Itumeleng in May, he said that he will look into compensating me for all the hassles caused, I am still waiting.
