I'm deeply disappointed in the Mobile Network "service" provider which I've been a faithful subscriber of for over 6 years. They can not, repeat CAN NOT, get my billing right!! Despite my having made payments of exhorbitant amounts, they continue to send me ludicrous statements, and suspending my account. I receive statements, which make no sense and correspond neither with my debit order deductions, nor each other. I receive smses requesting amounts payable, which when paid, are insufficient. I continously get contrasting information from the call centre agents and branch consultants. I need this rectified and my account reactivated IMMEDIATELY.
