Change debit order date or not debit my account

I have only 1 request. Ether change my debit order date or stop debiting my account. I want my debit order date changed to the 1st of every month. I have been told i need to send my bank statements, id, and proof or residence. I am not opening a new account and i am not changing my banking details. I want you to debit my account on the 1st of every month so that your debit orders can always be honored. I don't have time to send you documents like i am buying a car!!! And again can someone who knows the difference between email and sms make sure i get my statements via email. i have dealt with 2 consultants who promised me i will get my statements via email but all i ever get is smses. I don't want smses, i want emailed statements!!
