No statements recieved but expected to pay

I posted a complaint about2 weeks ago, and someone commemted from mtn with their "reason", now my fone is off again, i have paid several amounts to MTN, i cancelled my bb contract, now i must pay for it after the woman i spoke to said it will be cancelled after an amount was paid. Now i have to pay another amount because thats what my account apparently says, i have not recieved any statements or invoices about my account at all and i must pay it before they can put my phone on. i have read most of the complaints about MTN on hello peter and a few saying they dont recieve statements but haveto pay these ridiculous amounts. this is very unprofessional, they quick to say you ow them money and then they put ur phone off, but when its paid then u must wait for your phone to be put on. MTN is not a service provider, they a trouble provider!!!
